Codices.
The database CODICES, like the Bulletin on Constitutional Case-Law, is
a publication of the “Venice Commission”. It reports regularly on the case-law
of constitutional courts, courts of equivalent jurisdiction in Europe and
America and of the European Court of Human Rights as well as the Court
of Justice of the European Communities. The CODICES is published three
times a year, each issue reporting the most important case-law since 1993
together with that covering the most recent four months period.
