- Director of various research projects on territorial power structure and fundamental rights, granted by different institutions dependent on the Spanish Government (Ministerio de Educación, Ministerio de Ciencia y Tecnología, Centro de Estudios Constitucionales) and the Catalan Government (Institut d’Estudis Autonòmics), and also by private institutions (Fundación Juan March, Fundación Vicens Mestres Jane). Among them :
- “The effect of Constitutional Court on the fundamental rights”, (1999-2001),
granted by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science
- “The changes on the protection system of the fundamental rights at
the national and european level” (2002-2004), granted by the Spanish Ministry
of Education and Science
- “Actors and proceedings in the new European law making process”,
granted by the BBVA Foundation (2004-2005).
- Director of the Workgroup on the European integration process, organized
and granted by Institut d’Estudis Autòmics (dependent of the Catalan
Government) and the Fundació Pi Sunyer (pubic foundation).
- Collaborator since 1991 of the Groupe d’Etudes et de Recherches sur
la Justice Constitutionnelle, d’Aix en Provence (France), leaded by Prof.
Louis Favoreu.
